OUR STORY

Saying two Chefs and starting to list all our work experiences would be too easy, banal and above all it would not reflect WHO WE ARE.

For those who don't know us, Flavia and Mattia, we are two huge food enthusiasts who have had the fortune, courage, and opportunity to travel the world doing what we love and have always wanted to do: cooking.

On our travels to discover new countries and flavors, we immersed ourselves in the surrounding cultures and societies, to assimilate the many souls of each nation's restaurant scene (England, France, Australia, and Indonesia, to name a few) and get the most out of every experience.
